Premature – Ultimate Movie Night Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. The Competition
The Premature Ultimate Movie Night Prize Draw (“Competition”) is organised by Sonorous Films Limited (“Promoter”).
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Like the designated Competition post on the official Premature Instagram account; and
Tag one person they would like to take to the cinema in the comments of the Competition post.
Follow the official Premature Instagram account.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments from the same person will not constitute additional entries.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
4. Closing date
Entries must be received by 5pm on Monday 14 September. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. The prize
One winner will receive an Ultimate Movie Night prize consisting of:
Two cinema tickets to see Premature at a screening of the winner’s choice, subject to screening availability;
A £50 Nando’s voucher; and
A £50 voucher to spend on cinema snacks at the cinema the winner chooses to visit.
The cinema tickets are for Premature only and are subject to availability. The Promoter cannot guarantee a particular cinema, screening, date or time.
Premature is rated 15 in the UK. The winner and their chosen guest must meet the applicable age requirements and any other admission requirements imposed by the cinema.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official Premature Instagram account. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
7. Prize arrangements
The Promoter will make reasonable arrangements with the winner regarding delivery of the cinema tickets and vouchers.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner or their guest in travelling to or from the cinema.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or alteration to a screening by the cinema.
8. Third-Party Disclaimer
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Competition is also in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Nando’s, or any cinema, cinema chain or other venue where Premature may be screened.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Meta, Nando’s or any participating cinema.
Neither Meta, Instagram, Nando’s nor any participating cinema has any responsibility or liability in connection with the administration or fulfilment of this Competition or the provision of the prize.
9. Personal data
Personal information provided by the winner will be used only for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting the winner and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it considers to be fraudulent, abusive, offensive, misleading or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoter's decision regarding the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
11. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering the Competition, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
